CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation policy is applicable on per person basis
• Participant will have to intimate in writing to Women on Clouds regarding cancellation.
• Cancellation policy will apply from the date of receipt of written information from tour participant and she will have to make payments as per our payment policy accordingly.
• If you fail to join a tour on the day of departure, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

Cancellation Amount charged:

• 50% of the total amount charged if cancelled 2 weeks or more prior to the trip
• 75% of the total amount charged if cancelled 1 week prior the trip
• 100% cancellation charge if cancelled less than 1 week of travel of the trip 

The above cancellation policy only applies to land package. In case package includes airfare also, then cancellation policy of airline will apply on the ticket cost.
Applicable taxes will be additional.

Other points to note :

• Women on Clouds reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such situation the tour will be rescheduled on a different date and we will confirm your bookings for the same .In case the alternate tour date is not acceptable to you, we will refund the entire amount due and payable to you. However, you will not be entitled to claim any compensation. Women on Clouds cannot take responsibility for any cost relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets and/or other arrangements not done through Women on Clouds. In case of any deviation/ cancellation in the itinerary due to natural calamities, non-availability of services, reasons beyond our control or any unforeseen surprises, cancellation charges as per the cancellation policies of WOC/ destination vendor/3rd party will be applicable. Third party/destination vendor cancellation policy may apply if booking/trip is cancelled less than 25 days from departure date in case of domestic trips and 40 days in case of international trips.
• In case, the trip is cancelled, Women On Clouds will not be responsible for cost of tickets and travel arrangements done before and post travel.
• Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy
• It is the responsibility of the traveler to send in the correct documents for visa by the stipulated time. Failure to submit the same may result in visa not arriving on time. Women On Clouds will not be responsible for any financial loss and inconvenience caused for non-issuance of visa on time. In such a case, WOC/3rd party cancellation policy will also apply on the package cost. This is in case the participant isn’t able to travel .
• Women On Clouds would not be held responsible for a change in itinerary/cancellation of trip or inability to provide certain services due to any of the following circumstances during or before the commencement of the tour and any extra costs occurring due to these are to be borne by you:

• Any act of God, like heat wave, heavy rain, floods, land slide, cloud burst, earthquakes, extreme bad weather etc.
• Conditions such as, fire, explosion, destruction, damage of trip accommodation, or vehicle of a trip.
• Any delay or cancellation of trains, flights, ferry, bus etc.
• Medical problem, sickness, physical inability to manage with the itinerary or the group pace or any other such matter. Such an inability shall not affect/ delay the rest of the group on the Tour
•  Lost luggage, loss of personal belongings and/ or theft etc.
• Acts of Terrorism, riots, acts of civil war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with a trip, or any other reason beyond the control of Women On Clouds
