PAYMENT TERMS:
To book your seat, please send in the booking amount in favor of Women on Clouds with an AT PAR cheque along with the tour registration form to our address.
The balance payment needs to be made by the given due date. When 100% Payment is made in favour of "Women on Clouds, you will receive your final confirmation with final itinerary.
Payment for airline booking has to be made in full.

TOUR CONDITIONS:

• Trip prices are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only. If you aren’t an Indian citizen and want to join our tours, please get in touch for package details.
• Women On Clouds would not be responsible, in any circumstances, for any damages ,loss, inconvenience etc. that may be incurred/suffered by you if the information provided by you in the Tour Registration Form turns out to be incorrect/ inaccurate.
• We hold the right to alter the tour schedule/itinerary in case of bad weather, third party issues & other conditions beyond our control that might affect the normal itinerary.
• The meals at the hotels are mix of Veg & Non-Veg dishes. In case, you require pure veg meals (No onion/no garlic) advance intimation is a must.
• Meals at the hotel or other services not utilized during the tour shall be not liable for any kind of refund from the tour price.
• Women on Clouds further reserves the right to change the itinerary and hotel, if necessary, in similar category as specified at the time of booking of tour. Final itinerary will be given a week before departure.
• Ultimate responsibility of a traveler’s safety is herself. Women On Clouds hold no responsibility and liability for the same.
• Women on Clouds reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such situation the tour will be rescheduled on a different date and we will confirm your bookings for the same .In case the alternate tour date is not acceptable to you, we will refund the entire amount due and payable to you. However, you will not be entitled to claim any compensation. Women on Clouds cannot take responsibility for any cost relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets and/or other arrangements not done through Women on Clouds. In case of any deviation/ cancellation in the itinerary due to natural calamities, non-availability of services, reasons beyond our control or any unforeseen surprises; cancellation charges as per the cancellation policies of WOC/ destination vendor/3rd party will be applicable. Third party/destination vendor cancellation policy may apply if booking/trip is cancelled less than 25 days from departure date in case of domestic trips and 40 days in case of international trips.
• Please note that the Tour Cost was calculated at ROE at the time of designing package.   Package cost may vary if there is too much fluctuation, depending on the current ROE.
• In case, the trip is cancelled, Women On Clouds will not be responsible for cost of tickets and travel arrangements done before and post travel.
• Cancellation Policy is applicable on land package only.
• Package is nontransferable.
• Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy.
• In case, during the trip, any group member faces medical problem, proper first aid will be provided at the nearest available hospital/medical facility. The cost of medical bills will be borne directly by the traveler.
• If a traveler chooses to deviate from the group during the trip, the same must be given in writing before the trip.
• Any photograph clicked on the trip or shared by the traveler will be the property of Women On Clouds and WOC reserves the right to use the same for promotional purposes/social media/WOC website etc.
• It is the responsibility of the traveler to send in the correct documents for visa by the stipulated time. Failure to submit the same may result in visa not arriving on time. Women On Clouds will not be responsible for any financial loss and inconvenience caused for non-issuance of visa on time. In such a case, WOC/3rd party cancellation policy will also apply on the package cost.
• If visa isn’t granted by the Embassy, the visa charges (plus Rs 1000/- service charges) are non-refundable.
• If a traveler isn’t able to travel due to reasons such as rejection of visa, non-arrival of visa on time; the visa charges, service charges and flight cancellation charges are nonrefundable. In such a case, cancellation policy of WOC/destination vendor/3rd party will also apply.
• Women On Clouds would not be held responsible for a change in itinerary/cancellation of trip or inability to provide certain services due to any of the following circumstances during or before the commencement of the tour and any extra costs occurring due to these are to be borne by you:
• Any act of God, like heat wave, heavy rain, floods, land slide, cloud burst, earthquakes, extreme bad weather etc.
• Conditions such as, fire, explosion, destruction, damage of trip accommodation, or vehicle of a trip.
• Any delay or cancellation of trains, flights, ferry, bus etc.
• Medical problem, sickness, physical inability to manage with the itinerary or the group pace or any other such matter. Such an inability shall not affect/ delay the rest of the group on the tour
•  Lost luggage, loss of personal belongings and/ or theft etc.
• Acts of terrorism, riots, acts of civil war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with a trip, or any other reason beyond the control of Women On Clouds

COVID PRECAUTIONS
-It is mandatory to get Covid RT-PCR test done two days before the trip even if you are fully vaccinated. The negative report has to be shared with Women On Clouds before the trip.
- If you develop symptoms during the trip, a Covid test is mandatory ( at extra cost).    
If found positive, the traveler needs to quarantine oneself as per the state laws.
The cost of extra stay, transport etc will be borne directly by the traveler.
